Has fighting become the norm in your home?
Is your family going through a change where everyone's on edge?
Family counseling has a great potential to get everyone on the same page and off of each other's back.
Healthy family members know when to ask for a family-time-out through therapy, to examine and address reactive emotional patterns. I can support you by focusing my attention, and yours, on opportunities to be more self-aware and skillful when problems arise.
Typically, I invite family members to meet with me in the same space, so that we can all work together as the dynamics unfold and destructive patterns come to light. I also may choose to meet one-on-one with a teen or family member in response to certain issues and dynamics.
Please feel free to call (206) 355-4894 or e-mail me at dinainno@yahoo.com for more information. I offer a free initial 20-minute phone consultation for you to get to know a bit about me before you decide to contract with me as your counselor. I look forward to hearing from you.
